VO₂ max test

VO₂ max is the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during intense exercise. It is measured in milliliters per kilogram of body weight per minute (ml/kg/min) and is one of the best indicators of cardiovascular fitness.

What is VO₂ max?

The test measures how efficiently your heart, lungs and circulation work under effort. With the result we set specific training zones, define realistic goals and track your progress over time.

It is useful both for longevity plans and for athletes and coaches.
