Cancellation, no-show and refunds
Every appointment reserves physician time, a treatment chair and staff dedicated to you. This policy helps us serve more patients and keep our prices fair.

The fee is calculated on the price of the comprehensive medical consultation (MX$2,500).
How the fee is charged
When you book, we may ask you to keep a credit or debit card on file. By accepting this policy, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee for a late cancellation or no-show, and we will send you a receipt by WhatsApp or email. If no card is on file, the fee must be paid before your next appointment.
Refunds
- Services already provided are not refundable.
- Prepayments for services not yet provided are refunded in full if you cancel 6 hours or more in advance; otherwise, they are refunded minus the late cancellation fee.
- Packages and programs are governed by the written terms of your quote.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. How soon they appear on your statement depends on your bank.
Online payments
Online card payments are processed by Longevity 360 LLC, d/b/a MAHŌ, through Stripe. The charge appears on your statement as MAHŌ. MAHŌ Clinic does not store your full card details.
